Create an option to have pings of various severity

I think it would be a useful feature to (not necessarily for every server, but for it to be an option) to create different types of pings. Maybe on servers, instead of there being a red dot, there would be green, amber and red dots, each representing different "ping severities". This would make it much easier to determine whether to respond to pings (maybe not on large public servers, but on small group servers).

  seems like an good idea, but i think it would be better to cahnge the ping based on wheter it was @here @everyone or @me that would be very cool because it would make responding so much better
