Vocal Messages

I feel like adding vocal messages would help alot, especially for discord, since it's a communication/gaming app, The feature should only work in dms, not in servers. For the only reason that , person will abuses it , send noises etc. We don't want that eh.... Vocal messages should be reported by 1. vocal link / 2 a record of the vocal.
