Notification Alerts from Specific Users across multiple servers?

Hi,

I'm getting swamped by belonging to like 17 different servers but only needing to really hear from 1 or 2 people from each server.  The rest is just noise I can't turn off by muting.

Does DIscord or a 3rd party app/bot exist that can help me set up alerts like this?  I tried one of those integrate services which you set up conditions to send you emails on places like here or twitter, but you need to actually own the server to make it work.

There's got to be something though, I can't be the first one in this position.
