Account disabled - why?

This is on behalf of my buddy LazyRain#7266, whose account was disabled on 21/1/2021 somewhere between 23:08-23:21 in Moscow time. No notification was given to inform him of this.

LazyRain tried multiple times to contact Discord support, but to no avail (hence why I'm also writing this post on his behalf). He would like an investigation to his problem and would like to know the reason as to why his account was disabled.

    Ok so after talking to Lazy for a hot minute he told me to post this :

    "This LazyRain#7266. During the last 30 days I tried to contact Discord support to get answers about why my acount was disabled but the only answer I got is:"Your account was disabled for violating our Terms of Service or Community Guidelines. We will not reinstate the account." Further questions about details of my ban remained unanswered. After two weeks of useless requests I spammed them them for a day in hope they will notice any of my requests. But in the end they just blocked my e-mail adress. I figured it out when they stopped sending notifications about recieving my requests. Then I asked a friend to send them my words. I fully explained the situation but they just always was saying something like "This user must contact us himself". And then they finally deleted after 30 days since the beginning of the ban. Maybe it was my fault that I was banned but I in the end don't know anything. I feel like you don't give a duck about banned users. Nice work support team. Keep it up."

    Well I myself am one of the mentioned friends , sent dozens of requests to you ... all replies I received were clearly automated ...
    It's quite disappointing to see how you simply don't care about certain users like Lazy.
    You could've at least told him why his account was banned so he could've appealed the ban properly.
    We didn't just message you via support center , but also per regular e-mail (@abusediscord if I remember correctly) , Reddit , Twitter etc.
    We considered to message moderators via Discord itself , but it seems to be a crime on Discord to actually message an official Discord employee and it probably would've led to a ban.

    Well , the account is deleted and lost forever by now , sad if you think about the fact that it may have been prevented if the support would've taken our requests seriously.

    I myself am kinda frightened tbh.
    How am I supposed to feel about this ?
    How are others supposed to feel about this aswell ?
    People are actually anxious that their Discord account could be disabled without any reasons given other than "haha you broke the ToS (we will not tell you what you did wrong) get banned.
    I myself am unsettled by this , since I actually fear to get my own account disabled just like that , even if I obey all of Discords ToS.

    Please , just consider improving your support and actually review such requests.
