Allow 5 digit discriminator tags
Hey, given how many people are on discord these days it would make sense to expand the discriminator tag digit by 1 to allow more people using the same tag.

The simple answer is no. Discord will do this on their own with the influx of their userbase and is not needed atm.
The number of possible discriminators at the moment (4 digits) is 6561. This doesn't sound that many until you take into consideration the number of possible usernames.
Giving any discord name (let's say 6 characters as that sounds about average). Taking into consideration ASCII characters that gives a total of 4398046511104 possible usernames. Then taking into consideration the discriminators, that gives 2.88555832e16 possible ASCII username+discriminator combinations.
However, discord isn't limited to only ASCII characters, usernames can be most of the Unicode characters. This gives around 140,000 unique Unicode characters. Discord also has a 32 max character username limit which makes the total number of usernames combinations to be around 4.74348074e164. Then taking into consideration the discriminators, that gives 3.11219771e168 possible Unicode username+discriminator combinations.
Although discord is growing, it's not growing that much, and a 5 digit discriminator is just complicating a system for nothing.
