24 Hour Time - US

Hello

I'd like to request the ability to change time format to 24 hour time while still being in the US language. As someone with a medical background, the 24 hour time system has become more comfortable for me, however the UK Language option also changes the calendar date order and also has different spellings for words that flag the auto-correct. I understand it's a small difference, but I wanted to put it out there.

  And vice versa; I want to use UK English with 12-hour time. I don't understand why the 12/24-hour time format is toggled by the language setting -- it literally has nothing to do with language.

  I would like this too. I searched everywhere for a setting to switch to 24-hour time, and there just isn't one. I'm in the US, I don't want to have my language setting on UK, because then it does dates backwards.
