Discord Notification

This is a feature already exists, but it is locked by the current OS.

The current discord notification for Windows 10 is just the native OS notification. Anytime someone sends a message the same window will appear, because most software will use the native OS notification.

But I use Windows 8.1 and it doesn't have a specific place for notification, so discord just creates a new window to show the notification. It already exists and it works.

What I'd like to have is an option to choose the Windows 8.1 notification on a Windows 10 system. Let the user choose what is better for them. For me, I prefer the W8.1 because it is faster to show and disappear.
