Please let us make a build in ping called @anyone or @select that users can opt-into. So let's say it's me and another person I'm offline and he's on. @everyone pings both of us, @here pings the other person, @anyone pings me, because I've opted into it in settings. Would be useful for urgent/non-urgent messages like @everyone please do this NOW! vs @anyone can you retweet this?

  Not needed thats why you an @a user, or dm them.

  i mean you could make a role named "notified" or something like that and then whenever you have something urgent/non-urgent you could tag the @notified role instead of @here and @everyone
