Login flow is Bad on Missed PW

Login Flow asks for password, 

Whether or not the password is right the UI says Welcome Back

Offers to save the password

and then asks for a Human Captcha

 

Finally, it tells me the password is wrong

Am i the only one who sees that this login flow is messed up?  It should let me know the PW is wrong right away, don't you think?

Fix pls

  From a developers standpoint this makes perfect sense. My guess is that this system was implemented to prevent brute force attacks on users.
