Tap to view profile pictures in full size!

With the advent of the new pop-up profile upon us, one thing stands out to me, there is no longer any way to view a larger version of someone profile picture. Before on the main page, it was at least a decent size. It would be nice if while in someone's profile pop-up view, you could tap/click on their profile picture to have a full screen image of it appear, with a little X in the corner to close it.

    @suspense , why is it so big of deal stealing profile pictures lol. It would be great cause i hate getting my phone close to my eye to see a damn pp better.

    Suspense, the thing you said makes no sense because of one thing. Bots can take someone's pp. So stealin isnt the issue here.

    Not only bots. Open Discord in your browser, open the web debugger and get it.

    I agree. Stealing profile pictures is a non issue, since if you want to it is dead easy and some people have beautiful pictures or have text on there or group pictures...

    No matter the reason, I think it should be possible too. I ran into the same problem and I never wanted to "steal" a profile picture. It isn't me on there anyways

    I agree with FrozenPhoton this should be implemented. I have found myself wanting to see the profile pictures of my friends bigger and with more clarity lots of times. Would definetly be a very welcome feature.

    Yea, this would be a very welcome feature. It would make sense with discord being the social platform it is. I can't think off any downsides in sharing art with others, almostsuspense's take on this is nonsensical.

    yeah i agree, i always wanna see my friends pfp's bigger because they look cool, even if you steal someones pfp, its not like its hacking into an acc or something, people do it all the time

    Most of the people in here don’t even have their actual face on their pfp and are worried someone will take it from them, while they use some anime pic they also took from somewhere else lol
