XMPP server option

I would like the feature or capability to be included within Discord, to use the service through third party apps like Digsby or Trillian.  I would like to be able to connect to my discord account through these other apps, using an xmpp server or other chat option.  Discord is great, but some of the features I want, such as day by day chat logs being auto saved, and the option to format text colour just don't seem to be present in the native app.

    I strongly support this request. If Discord is not going to be decentralized (which I'd love to happen) at least it should be allowed to be used with any program chosen by the user, not just the official one. I'm sure many more people would consider using Discord more this way, as they are not forced to use only one option to connect.
