Select maximun decibels you want to ear

We all have friends that speak normally (not too loud nor too low) and suddenly they shout like an animal and destroy out ears. It would be nice to have a maximun decibels u want to hear, and if someone shouts louder, it's reduced to that maximun.

That could be save many ears and bring peace to many chats.

  This is exactly what I want, there is always someone in the group when playing games that when the action starts they SHOUT! and everyone ears get wrecked. Please make a feature that allows a user to set a limit of how loud someone can be in chat. Cause the current way so setting someone's level doesn't prevent them from shouting
