Lowering the resolution option for streamers

Like on youtube, you can lower the resolution for those of us that have slower internet. When someone streams on discord, there doesn't seem to be an option to lower their stream resolution/frame rate.

 

The suggestion is to give those of us the option to turn that down on the audience side.
