I can't upload my profile gif picture with Nitro Classic

Yesterday I bought nitro, I decided to put gif picture on my profile, but what was happening on the video (https://youtu.be/4ehRylEL52k) was happening. I tried to write in support, but here is what they sent me: https://imgur.com/a/qYEvi1e. I tried changing via browser and phone, but all this did not work. Can someone help me?
