(suggestions) changing peoples usernames to whatever you want (kinda like how snapchat is)

it’s hard to explain but i think being able to change peoples usernames on your account to whatever you want. for example like on snapchat you can change peoples names :) just would be a nice feature

    Different server have different rules for nicknames, so I don't think this can be implemented in servers.  

    PMs can theroatically work but... why?
