The new UI is very obnoxious

Let me make this clear, I really dislike when something appears and disappears while I'm moving my mouse over messages. The small 3 "options" dots were fine because they weren't that noticable and blended in very well.

But having not only those turned into a 2x bigger button with 3 random emojis included, but also the ENTIRE message going party mode as I move the cursor is very VERY obnoxious.

Please commit revert. Thanks.

    Yes. YES. ALL OF THIS.

    Hover elements are my bane. Color-changing when hovering over things that aren't buttons is even worse. The spacing is all out-of-whack. The bright emojis plastered on the hover element is even worser.

    As the saying goes: If it ain't broke, stop breaking it.
