Merge similar feedback topics and lock, but preserve and link to, the duplicate ones

With the recent unpopular UI update, there has been a large number of new feedback topics all complaining about it. This causes the votes and comments to be split among several different posts, giving Discord's staff an unclear metric for how many people support or dislike a certain feedback item. Issue spam should not be encouraged or effective as an indicator of demand, but currently, it is.

Duplicate topics should be merged into a main topic, to direct all that traffic to one single topic. This makes it easier for both users and staff to know where to look regarding certain issues.

Searching for various terms, ("stream", "draw", "ui", "nsfw", etc.) I still see nearly identical feature requests that are months old, which leads me to believe this isn't being done, or at least isn't done sufficiently. With the latest UI update I count around 20-30 duplicate issues in the past 7 days alone. One post, awkward as it is, even specifically calls for people to spam Discord across all forms of social media in order to get their point across, so issue spam is what people are turning to, in the absence of official responses.

Along with merging similar topics, it'd be useful if mods had the option to choose to add the votes, from the duplicate topic getting merged, to the main topic it's being merged into, to give a more accurate indicator of popularity.

Merging the comments would be harder, but the Issue system on GitHub seems to work fine when adding a link to the merged duplicate topic, in the comments of the main one. This also helps to preserve good points that were made in the OP or comments of the duplicate topic. (I'm sure Discord's programmers will be very familiar with what I'm talking about here.)
