Loss of Functions In Win7 Discord

I am going to go out and flat say it right now: but this is a serious issue that I cannot believe has happened. Has Discord abandoned windows 7 all together?

Because i was forced to upgrade to the latest version in discord desktop version:
Ever since then I have completely lost the ability to SEND FILES pressing the Plus button, or even use Drag and drop!
What is the deal?! WHy is this happening? This is just unreal and I just recently paid for DISCORD Services because I loved discord so much!

I am completely heart broken right now.

  In the last months that has happened I have noticed that now we lost screenshare ability, it doesnt capture sound anymore and nor does it properly capture my selected apps or screen on Windows 7.

  We also lost the ability to clear our profile picture.
