Discord notifcations ALREADY READ on mobile spamming me

So if I chat with a friend on mobile discord while discord on pc is open, when I come back to my windows 10 pc at another time, it will spam them no matter what, even if it's literally something someone said that I was responding to and reading, notifying each message they said, slowly. No way to cancel it.

 

This is extremely annoying and i cant interact with anything behind the notifcations while its happening. even when I x out of them it has the next message i saw on mobile pop up in the way.

    My windows 10 PC does this as well, but it also does it for things like email notifications, so it might be more of a windows issue than a discord issue.
