Dedicated "Favorites" Server that consists of favored channels from other servers

I'm in a lot of server and across all of these servers there are only a subset of channels within those servers that I care about. Would love to have a "favorites" server where I can favorite channels from other servers and they'd show up in this customized favorites server with links that would take me to the original server if so desired.
