Reduced Motion Separated into Sub-options

First off I'd like to say that I am not affected by excess motion, but I do like the idea of a more "basic" interface. I really like everything about the new reduced motion option except for disabling animated emojis *everywhere*. You are still able to hover over the emoji to make it animate, but it would be nice to set this option separately. Thanks.

  I agree completely. I understand that reduced motion mode is intended as an accessibility feature, but I prefer it due to the brevity of the animations. The default animations keep me waiting and make Discord feel slow to me. I would still like animated emojis to work, however so separating out that option sure would be appreciated.

  yes PLEASE. I'm very affected by excess motion (I have misokinesia) and it's a serious problem. As well as this, make animated emotes have an option to only play if you hover over the individual emoji (they changed it so that animated emotes on browser/desktop play whenever you hover over a message with them instead of each emote separately- all the emotes at once, even if you are just scrolling and happen to stop for a moment, its very overwhelming)
