In Dark Mode, the Scroll Bar in Members List is not visible

The scroll bar in the Members List is barely visible.

We need to bump up the contrast.

Example:

Can you see the scroll bar in the members list below? It's there. Only slightly darker than the members list panel, located about 2/3 down from the top of the image, on the right hand side.

The scroll bar is very useful for channels with many users.
