mobile interface is extremely disappointing

the UI is disappointing, to say the least. to attach an image, you have to leave the field, remove the keyboard, add the image and start typing again, when you could attach it in midst of typing, why? at this point it's going downhill, the UI is becoming uselessly complex, confusing and not as user friendly as it was.
