Add "Don't show again" option to Clyde's "bandwidth doesn't grown on trees" message

I'll frequently voice chat friends and end up with 10 of Clyde's "you've been disconnected ... bandwidth doesn't grow on trees" messages after a couple days, they get pretty annoying after a while, I don't mind getting auto disconnected, and after the 143rd time I think I know to expect it.

So it'd be really nice to just be able to hit "Don't show again" on that at least after the 5th time or something.
