Can I have my account re-enabled?

My account was disabled for 'spamming' when I had just made it and joined a lot of servers to join back into the communities I was in before and I guess I joined too much and it was disabled, I've made countless support emails and even DM'd twitter with still no response on what is going on or how I can fix it.

If you could let me know what is going on that would help me very much and also tip, instead of just putting anti-spam for joining servers, make a cool down so people know when to stop joining so this doesn't happen.
