Add Support for APNG's !!!

My friend and I make a lot of animations and want to retain the quality which is why we use APNG's instead of GIF's. but as I have discovered Discord currently has no support for his file type as of yet. I am request support for APNG's so all artist on discord can display their art in good animated fashion!

  Sadly, Discord stopped supporting APNG's because users we're able to get animated profile pictures and emotes without nitro.

  That link has nothing to do with my post, that person had an incorrect title, they wanted “embedded image” support not apngs. A little reading would have pointed that out.

  My post specifically asks for apng support so users can post there animations at better quality.
