Limit for making Notes

Hey there!

Recently, I came to find out that there is a 500 notes limit for private notes.

If there is a limit like this then how about a feature/some interface to access all notes even if you no longer have access to the users. Just so it's easier to get under the limit.

I'm sure a lot of people would find it useful!

  I'm at the point of needing this now - the limit is 1,500 but I've reached that limit and because there's no way to centrally manage notes there will be hundreds of users I'll never come across again that I won't be able to delete the notes from. It's basically useless as a feature now, and it was obviously very helpful as a moderator of multiple communities.
