Norway uses 24-hour, not AM/PM.... its really annoying, please fix

In Norway we use 24-hour, not AM/PM. When you set your language to Norwegian in Discord, it shows you AM/PM timestamps..... This is very annoying, and should be easy to fix. It makes no sense, no one in Norway uses AM/PM, most people don't understand that system. Its boggles my mind that this has not been fixed yet. Either add an option to switch between AM/PM and 24-hour, or at the very least, give Norwegians the right time system, give us 24-hour!!!
