Contact Profile Finder for Mobile

If Discord wants to become mainstream, they have to add the feature where you can allow it your contacts, and show you profiles that have that contact's phone number/email address registered to it. Possibly there could also be an option to sign up with a phone number to make it easier for people on mobile.
