Text Chat for new Voice Chat UI

In the new Voice Chat UI where you see a person's stream and on the right side you see all the people's profile picture. Instead of people's profile pictures so large, you could have a text chat be there so people who are mute can type and those messages can be easily seen by people who are also watching the stream
