Yeah, I got it via DMs. And it's no where near my birthday. I kinda want to make a fake discord account and server and add it, see what it really does to servers.

If you accidentaly invited it to your server and authorized it, if you had it banned/deleted quickly, is it okay? Is the server okay, and is my account safe?

@IvanWarrior yeah you're probably safe i did the same thing i added it to my old server. all it did was message everyone in the server.

I got one from something like that, and I immediately reported and blocked the bot. I checked back the day after, and they renamed the thing "Fake Bot". They said that they are also investigating more into this situation.

Nah, it's totally fake.
1- Why would Discord want us to put a bot in all of our servers?
2- This bot has just invited me for a NSFW server, confirming at once that it's not legit at all

I got the same thing today, 24 days after the post, from a user named "spambot" with a BOT suffix, but there is no verification mark, and the user doesnt seem to have nitro, so I just made a server to add in into that I dont use.
This is the message:

Yeah, the whole thing is a scam, some moron invited it to my friends server and it proceeded to message that to everyone on the server, the server owner made an announcement telling everyone of its scam, don't trust it...

I don't think you are in danger if you blocked him fast enough, for me he didn't do anything before about 12 hours.
I don't know if its the same for everyone else.
Don't trust bots without a verification mark.
