Ringing in Group Chats (since last Update)

I wrote an E-mail to the Support talking about the issue that when u call a Group and somebody has picked up the Call , it would still play the ringing Sound because another Person hasnt picked up yet. They told me this a Feature and all i could do is Post it on Here. This reaches a more Frustrating Level than Skype , even the Microsoft Support was better. Hopefully they fix it in the next Update.   This is a poor "Feature", its continues to ring at ear piercing volume for about 26 seconds. What is the meaning of this? How unpleasant.
