Ringing Feature for "Private" Servers

Having a ring feature for servers would be great! Server's are 10x more powerful then a group call but the only thing that is missing is a ringing system, this will remove all the hassle we go through to get my friends online in a discord channel, could be great to have an option for the ringing ability to be only available for select roles, channels, etc. and be able to mute server rings if there's abuse.
