can't hear voices suddenly

I'm using discord with my smartphone. Even if I'm still on voice chat channel, I can't hear other's voices suddenly. The only solution for now is that I get out of the voice channel, and get in again. If it's like a settling problem or something that I can solve by myself, I would like to know.

  Use "Submit a request". Some discord developer will be glad to help you :)

  Its really annoying since you dont any form of warning, they can still hear you.
