Video Server Region as possible fix for audio desync

I was troubleshooting why some of us have desync'd audio and video and it seems that screenshared content comes through on a different server region than voice content. For example, someone with horrible desync in was in voice as us-central507 but the screenshare was in us-south778, but someone else a few minutes later didn't have the desync and was us-central507 and us-central913 as the same region. The only way this difference in servers would matter for the desync is if the stream's audio went through the voice server and the video went through the other server, but that'd be a weird way of doing things so I'm not entirely certain that this is what's happening.

If it would help, could we have an option to set a server region for video as well as voice?
