Being able to record a voice chat

I will try to make this clear as possible.
When you are inside a voice chat, there could be a "Record" button. When you would press it, yeah, you guessed it, it wold start recording audio from the voice channel you are currently in. There could be an icon next to a person that is currently recording the audio from the voice channel, that icon could be disabled by the user as well. After you finished recording, a window would pop up where you needed to choose the file you need the audio to be in and what format it should be in. (Example - .mp3, .wav).
