Increase Role-Edit rate limit to 86400

The rate limit for editing roles seems to be 1000 requests per 24 hours.

Since you don't allow multicolored roles, I created a bot that's supposed to change role color every second, but that's basically impossible with such low limits (slightly more than once per minute is allowed)

Pride month is coming up, it's worth considering.

    The "rainbow roles" are aggainst the TOS, because it is an overload of the API.

    In addition, it is strictly useless and we risk confusing this role with another of the same color.

    Rainbow roles are against the ToS. If you are doing this, stop. You are breaking the ToS.

    Did you fall on your head? That is why I want it changed, so that it's no longer considered problematic... How is this so hard to understand?

    I also just checked the ToS and there is no provision against using the API within the rate limit.

    Did YOU fall on your head? Just because they made the rate limits higher doesn't mean it isn't against the ToS anymore, that means people can't do it at all anymore, it's still against the ToS.

    It's against the Discord API Guidelines, which breaking that would be breaking the ToS, therefore it's against the ToS.

    Let's do the math. According to you, bots can only make 1000 role edits every 24 hours. There are 86400 seconds in a day. 86400 seconds / 1000 role edits = 86.4 seconds per role edit, assuming it's on an interval (that's about 1 minute and 26.4 seconds). Also, as everyone else is saying, don't.
