Ban links from Grabify[or any ip grabber] from Text Channels

Make it so automatically the message gets deleted if they post an ip grabber link. This has been a GIANT problem on Discord, and many people are decieved by it daily. I think this feature would help greatly, and stop a lot of doxxing.

  Maybe just make it so that you have to go through 2 warnings. One saying Hey! This is a known IP grabber redirect. You sure you want to go here? and a timer that makes them read it before saying yes. TL;DR Extra warnings to make them think about it more.
