Tagged names in pinned posts not being seen properly :/

There’s an issue with having tagged people in pinned posts depending on what device you used to make the post. If you used iPhone, android users cannot see any names other than “invalid user” and if you use the desktop version, it has names showing up as a bunch of numbers despite these people still being in the server. How to fix??
