Track movement of channels/categories in audit log

Currently, most actions are logged in the audit log, especially when it comes to channels and categories. However, the reordering of channels is not tracked. I feel this would be a useful feature to be used in combination with the other actions that are logged.

    One of the servers I'm in with a large number of channels is suffering from them randomly changing order and it's affecting our productivity. We desperately need this in the audit log to find the culprit.
