Mute a channel

So my, for a lack of a better word, "need" is a way for server admin/owner to mute a channel globally for all users. The reason why is that my server is full of relatively new people and we have a few bots with a bunch of different commands, so I wanted to make a channel where everyone could try out the bot commands without setting a bunch of alerts to everyone else while also mitigating the clutter of people figuring it out in other channels.

I still want everyone to use the channel, I just don't want a bombardment of notifications when people try to learn a few commands.

We're making due with instructing everyone to mute the channel as part of their orientation, but just having that taken care of before they're aware of it would be a nice quality of life change for everyone involved.
