New role management page

It's horrible. It's absolutely horrible.

Before, the roles list and the permissions list were separated, so you could scroll them independently. Now, they're bound together, meaning that scrolling one list scrolls the other as well. This is awful for going through roles and checking, if none of them have any dangerous permissions enabled.

Revert it back, PLEASE.

    It seems that the roles and permissions lists being separated and going to being connected aren't the only problem, I can also not use my scroll wheel to scroll up and down the lists. This is a huge problem as I just decided to redo all the role permissions on server with over 250 roles.

    It seems that each discord update gets worse and worse, waiting for that new platform to come out. But I doubt one will so we're stuck with discord for now or forever. Still though it's better then nothing or some of the other things that are out there.
