Got hacked (in process of getting fixed)

So I wrote to discord support since my account was hacked and got the first mail within 24 hours which was great, it told me to give them some information which u hopefully never gonna know what is.

So i respond to them with the information they need. Since im not 100% sure on 1 of the 3 things they are asking me for i get abit nervous. But i shake that off by sending my ID and Reciepts of me buying Discord Nitro.

I tried to make it as clear as possible and trying to identify myself and also show that im not the hacker by showing even more information that i know for a fact a hacker wouldnt have such as the reciepts and the ID.

So i wait and i wait and i get a response from them. The same email again, just in other words. Incredibly it wasnt a bot so they have either not taken the time out of their their day on the job to actually look at the response or just dont care. or they have programmed a bot so smart it can send multiple templates of the same mail.

Not a good experience. still working on getting the account back. Let it be known im still nitro on the account and cant stop the subscription till i get the account back
