Possibility to drag Stream-Window into the top-middle of the screen.

Hey,

It would be really nice to be able to put the stream window, if you're streaming or someone else is,

onto the top middle of the screen, to not cover up important aspects of discord, like if you put it in the lower left corner, you cover up certain personal settings, etc.

Here's a picture how I would really appreciate this:

  There's no informative panel on the middle screen. Otherwise, you need to move the stream window each time you need to read the side panels.
