Remove - Text Limit

Add an option to remove a text limit on a role, this could come under the Administrator role.

It can become annoying when in a community discord and you're making an announcement of some sort and you have to break it up into two different messages.

  No. You can just separate the message. Text limit is there to prevent flood, lag and abuse so please consider seperate your message
