Redesign Audit Log Visuals

I personally feel like the Audit Log's visuals are a tad outdated.

It'd be nice to see a redesign of them.

  This looks great! I think such a small change would be pretty easy to implement too

  It feels more modern for sure, I just didn't like how the little yellow icons looked in the light theme.
