Please allow us to turn on noise suppression on the receiving side to block noise from people that refuse to turn on noise suppression on their end. We've all got that one oblivious friend!

Title. Maybe you play with strangers and dont feel comfortable asking them to turn on noise suppression. Or maybe you've got that friend that you have to ask to turn it on literally every time you play because he eats loudly, his spouse is constantly talking, and his chair sounds like a garage door opening...or maybe your friends use discord on mobile, where the app likes to turn noise suppression off every time...

Point being, I'd love for it to be under my control, or have a channel setting that makes it mandatory for that voice channel. Please and thank you!!!!
