Slowmo timer end if text is dealeted

I was thinking because there was a 5 hour couldown in the suggestion cannel and i actetenly deleted the comment so i had the idea soif peaple dealete a coment the slowmo timer soud be deleted but they can toggle it in spesiffic chanells with slowmo on
