Change custom_id to custom_data

Hiya! I would find it very useful if the custom_id property in the component API can be changed to custom_data.

This is mentioned in the documentation:

I believe the API would be further flexible if this change can occur. It can make it significantly easier to make things such as suggestion systems using buttons rather than reactions, as you won't have to store suggestion data yourself in a database (using a Map/Array can be bad as your bot can go offline and then suggestions would reset)

Of course, there would be API limits towards using this property.
