Background music via discord

Make it able to use youtube, spotify, or to upload files that will play in the background, and they will be louder if no one is speaking. This could be useful when gaming, or when someone's mic requires you to be on max volume.

  Hello Spiderfffun !

  You can (at least in my opinion) also use a music bot to put music on and then lower its volume so that it can't be heard when someone is talking.
